I joined the Mike Fabert State Farm Insurance Team in June 2024. My insurance career began in 2015 in the Pet Insurance Industry, where I worked as an Agent and Account Manager across all 50 states. Before joining the team, I was already a Mike Fabert Insurance Agency policyholder for my own home, auto, and life insurance policies. As a Cleveland Heights native, I am driven to serve the Northeast Ohio communities where I established my roots and where I thrive when learning how I can help others. My personal life revolves around my love of pets, making music with my rock band, and enjoying high fantasy novels. I joined The Mike Fabert State Farm Insurance team in June 2023 to provide additional support to our office staff and all our amazing customers. Since joining, I've truly enjoyed being part of a team that deeply cares about its customers. When you contact us, you may catch me assisting with incoming calls, diving into your billing questions, or reaching out to ensure your policies are up to date. Although I initially joined with no prior insurance knowledge, I’ve received amazing instruction and am dedicated to getting all your needs met. Outside of The Mike Fabert State Farm Insurance team, I am a busy mom, paramedic, and dog owner. My son Cole and daughter Cora keep me busy with sports, activities, and school projects. We also have a Great Dane named Ember and a Dalmatian named Popcorn. I have proudly served as a Paramedic for 15 years, working full-time to provide 911 services to a rural county in Ohio. EMS has truly been a love of mine for over 17 years, and as they say, if you love what you do, you will never work a day in your life!
